Mr. Kim is a criminal defense and family law attorney who started litigating cases during his third year of law school after being approved by the Pennsylvania Board of Legal Examiners as a Certified Legal Intern.

As a third-year law student, Mr. Kim externed for the Philadelphia District Attorney's Office where he represented the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania in Preliminary Hearings and Misdemeanor Bench Trials. ​In 2015, Mr. Kim represented clients at a Public Interest Law Firm in Northern New Jersey focusing on Family and Matrimonial matters. He successfully represented clients in New Jersey Superior Court for their Divorces, Equitable Distribution, Child Support and Custody matters.

Afterward, Mr. Kim had the privilege to represent the People of the State of New York as an Assistant District Attorney at the Orange County District Attorney's Office in New York where he conducted numerous hearings, bench trials, and jury trials. ​Currently, Mr. Kim represents clients in the State of New Jersey and the State of New York in Criminal Defense and Family Law Matters.

He has engaged in about 100 bench trials and 8 jury trials, inclusive of a jury trial for a Class A-1 Felony in the State of New York.
